The “Karl-Schubert-Schule Leipzig” is an emerging innovative and integrational Rudolf Steiner school which offers an education based on Waldorf pedagogy for the years one to twelve for children with and without disabilities (unique in Leipzig). Our association, started in 2009, is momentarily building up the first classes of primary school. Our fundamental idea being that of a “school for everyone”, we include three to five disabled students per class. We adhere to a two-teacher-concept with one class teacher and one remedial teacher for each class. By living and learning together with children of different abilities our students can acquire a substantial measure of social competences and learn and develop from each other. Philanthropy, empathy, mutual help and cooperation are the fundamental principles of our work, whilst preserving individuality. Waldorf pedagogy aspires a holistic education of the child where body, soul and spirit are taken equally into account, and includes learning through practical activities such as drawing, music, Eurythmy and handicraft with fabrics and wood.We also offer full-time supervision in our after-school care facility. We have an extensive compound with gardens and animals which are looked after by our students. Our school's staff consists of teachers, educational welfare workers, remedial teachers, educators and class assistants as well as a caretaker and office workers. Apart from that there are also more than fifty honorary helpers involved in the building of the school. The atmosphere is marked by cordial, intimate and enthusiastic cooperation.The school is situated on the outskirts of Leipzig, with a good and efficient transport-connection to the City Centre. Leipzig, with half a million inhabitants, lies in the Northwest of the Free State of Saxony, about an hour's drive from the capital, Berlin. It is famous for its University (the second oldest in Germany), its Convention-Exhibition Centre and its momentous revolutionary movement of 1989. Leipzig can boast circa one million visitors per annum who enjoy its multifaceted cultural events and lively atmosphere.
Tasks
Volunteers are given the possibility to gain insight into our various working domains. They can experience the teaching methods of a free school in Germany – in particular those of a Steiner school – and correlate new experiences in day-to-day life with those of their own country. We attach great importance to being responsive to the individual abilities of the volunteers, so as to support them in further developing their potential abilities. Possible tasks for the volunteers are: organizing games and handcraft work for the children in the after-school care facility (and we welcome games and songs from other countries introduced by the volunteers); guiding the children through the school day, including mealtimes and breaks; support and guidance of our integrative children; independent little projects with the aim of acquainting the children with the volunteer's country of origin; helping out in the school gardens and with the animal care; school-outings and school-festivities, where the volunteer can introduce specialities from his or her country (e.g. by holding a culture-comparing speech or linking initiatives from foreign Steiner schools with our own), thereby reaching a broader circle of parents and friends.
Criteria
The volunteer should enjoy working with children, be openminded and interested in Steiner-pedagogy and our inclusive approach and he/she should be comfortable with working independently. A basic knowledge of German is essential. The volunteers should also be willing and ready to engage hands-on in our communual project of developing a young school. All volunteers must first apply to the coordinating organisation and will then be assesed by our own admission team. At this point great care will be taken that any needs and capacities of the volunteer can be individually matched by what we have to offer. The role of EVS volunteers in the Serrania de Ronda CEDER through the ICJ Iruá, would focus primarily on collective activities aimed at young people between 14 and 35, although this group would not be unique, being able to devote to any other groupat a time previously agreed activities. The diversity of these activities and content are wide and varied. Since Cij Iruá regarding the program of activities could be divided into 5 frames of action-oriented activities such as:• cultural level,• pitch,• more creative and musical level,• environmental level• sociallyAll within an educational framework, the activities being They are either raising, training and leisure alternative, fall within this non-formal training with cross-content, educational mediation, equality, gender, unemployment, prevention and sexual health information , environment, rural development and sustainable, dynamic youth, cultural animation, alternative entertainment. etc ... In this sense, the activities of the volunteers would be tailored to the actions that they take place both in a specific activity as an action of a continuing nature.The activities carried out during weekends or holidays, the volunteers will have an offset of two days off followed by the weekThese activities are subject to modifications and changes both to increase activities to move some of them to other times of the year
Tasks
JUGLARES PROGRAM This program runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 14:45 pm during school hours, since the implementation of the program is conducted Minstrels in different secondary schools of the Serrania de Ronda. PROGRAM "AS GOATS" This program targets youth in the Serrania de Ronda, which is primarily an educational, integrating and socializing, is inter alia to enable an alternative social space, where / young people see an unmet need, acquire educational tools, to strengthen social skills (social, academic, etc.). and improve their social integration.This program is for young people of the Serrania de Ronda, 12 to 21, preferably pre-teens and teens (11-17yrs) at risk of social exclusion. It has a space called home Iruá to attend this space is necessary for / young people are referred from the Department of Social Services or the Schools of the Serrania de Ronda, although it is possible that this service is requested by of the family / young people. Eeee nerede kalmıştık…
En son Montendre’a vardığımdan bahsetmiştik. Geldiğim gün Cumaydı ve home meeting yaptık ve ardından hafta sonu tatili başladı ve kuruluşumdaki gönüllülerle asıl ilgilenen kişi izin kullandı ve ben de diğer 6 gönüllü arkadaşımı evimi ve bu yıla ait beni ilgilendirecek her şeyi keşfetmeye çalıştım.
İnsanın gelir gelmesi her şeye adapte olması kolay olmuyor yani aslında kısa süre sonra alıştığınızı istiyorsunuz ama bu biraz da diğer insanlarla ilgili… Yani onların size ne kadar alıştığı vb gibi J
Derken ilk Asıl Kuruluşumun Adı: Solidaritess Jeunesses Ben Montendre adında çok büyük olmayan ve sizlerin tam olarak nerede olmamı tahayyül edebilmesi açsından Fransanın batısında Bordeaux dediğimiz Şarapları ve Futbol takımıyla şehre 40 dk mesafede olduğumu sevinçle bildiririm J
Delegasyonumun adı La Maison Des Bateleurs çatı katında ofisleri ve misafir odası bulunan bir kuruluş. Kuruluşta sürekli çalışan Audrey ve Benoit adında iki süper insan ve sürekli olarak ofiste çalışmayan ama sürekli bizlerle birlikte olan mentorümüz Yvan ile birlikte Joelle ve Michel adında sıkça ziyaretimize gelen konseyin üyeleri de var. Evimizin ikinci katında ikisi uzun dönem gönüllüler için olmak üzere 4 yatak odası bulunmakta.
Zaman zaman çeşitli workcamplar düzenlediğimiz ya da insanları ağırladığımız için diğer iki odada ranza şeklinde toplam 16 kişi kalabilecek şekilde düzenlenmiş. Zemin katta ise çok amaçlı olarak kullandığımız bir adet müzik odamız; kocaman bir mutfağımız ve oturma odamız var genellikle hep orada olduğumuz. J
İçine bazı sebzeleri ekebildiğimiz kocaman bir bahçemiz var; içinde küçük bir göl olan… Ekmek ve pizza yapmak için taş fırın ve ufak bir bambu ormanımız da var bu bahçenin içinde. Bunun dışında büyük bir atölyemiz var içinde nerdeyse birçok şeyi tamir etmeyi mümkün kılacak bir sürü alet edevat var ve bizden önceki gönüllülerin dekore ettiği BAR-Telur! Var zaman zaman parti yaptığımız J
Atölyede bizden önceki gönüllülerden kalmış kullanılmış ama hala kullanılabilir giysi, ayakkabı ve eşya bulmamız mümkün… Yani bence bir gönüllünün gelebileceği en şanslı yer…
İlk haftalarda Bahçeyi temizledik tekrar ekilip dikilebilir hale getirmeye çalıştık… Derken ben çevreyi bölgeyi insanları öğrendim gibi bir dönem geçti. Mentörümüzle birlikte hep birlikte Royan denilen kıyı şeridine geziye gittik; denize girdik; piknik yaptık; küçük bir gezintiye çıktık kaleyi ziyaret ettik ve rugby oynadık yani kısacası gerçekten çok güzel vakit geçirdim. Sonraki hafta mentörümüz bize bir akşam geleneksel Fransız yemekleri pişirdi pino denilen özel bir şarap türü denedik ve tabiî ki Bordeaux şarabı… J
Derken Audrey geldi ve bir toplantı ve takip eden hafta başlarında liderleriyle birlikte teenager bir grup geldi Paris’ten. Onlarla birlikte bir workcamp düzenledik onlar için ve bu haftanın cuma günü olan doğum günümde bu muhteşem minik misafirlerimiz benim için süper bir doğum günü düzenlediler; sürprizler yaptılar bana ve evi dekore ettiler; salonu restorana dönüştürdüler; yani kısacası süperdi J
Sonraki gün hep birlikte avrupanın 2. büyük hayvanat bahçesini ziyaret ettik J
Pizza yapmayı öğrendik birlikte… Benim için gerçekten iyi bir hafta geçti onlarla birlikte ve eminimki gençlerle çok iyi vakit geçirip onların da beni sevmesini sağlayabiliyorum… J
Sonraki hafta biraz buruk geçti çünkü ev pek bir sessiz geldi bana derken Montendre’da büyük fuar dedikleri yeni bir faaliyet olacağını öğrendik ve bu etkinlik için dörder saat çalışacağımızı da tabi J ve akabinde kuruluşumuzun yapacağı toplantıya delegasyon olarak ev sahibeliği yapacağımızı tabiî ki de J
Bu büyük fuar etkinliğinde ilk kez Montendre’ın yerel halkından insanlarla çalıştık sohbet etmeye çalıştık İngilizce Fransızca karışık ve farklı bir tecrübe oldu benim açımdan J
Derken o gece gelmeye başlayan toplantı katılımcıları için haftasonunu organize ettik kimler bu grup için ne zaman mutfak takımı olacak kim nelerden sorumlu falan… Çünkü toplam 35 kişiydik J Ama korkmayın bu ev 35’ten çok daha fazla kişiyi de ağırlayabilir sadece biraz tabi zor oluyor ama korkunç değil çünkü farklı insanlarla tanıştığınız için çok mutlu oluyorsunuz onlardan bir şeyler öğreniyorsunuz ya da Fransızca konuşmaya çalışıyorsunuz vb gibi gibi J
Derken öğle yemeğini yerken biriyle tanıştım mesela ve Nimes’den olduğunu öğrendim ve ben de ona önümüzdeki Salı Varış Sonrası eğitimi için Nimes’e gideceğimden bahsettim ve o da bana Pazar günü kendi arabasıyla Nimes’e döndüğünü istersem benim onunla gidebileceğimi söyledi derken tabi Audrey’e sormamak olmaz o da eğer gidersem bir gün Nimes’deki delegasyonun evinde kalabileceğimi fakat bir gün onların gönüllüleriyle çalışmam gerektiğini söyledi ve tabiî ki ben ok dedim derken bu şekilde diğer bir delegasyonu ziyaret etmiş ve oradaki gönüllülerle tanışmış oldum J
Nimes’deki gönüllüler bir kilisenin restorasyonunda çalışıyorlar ve bazen de bahçede biz birlikte kilisenin modernize edilmek için yapılmış olan sıvasını temizlemeye çalıştık orijinal duvardan fakat bu bahsettiğim kilise yaklaşık bir saat uzaklıkta evlerinden… Yani kısacası kesinlikle evimden ve evimize 15 dk mesafede olan Montendre Kalesi’nde çalışmaktan müthiş mutluyum J
Derken Nimes’den Somierre’e geçtim On-Arrival için ve uzun zaman sonra ilk kez Türk arkadaşlar gördüm J Polonyalı üç kızla aynı odada kaldık Somierre tarihi, küçük ve güzel bir şehir diyebilirim. Büyük nehriyle ve yaz sezonunda tatil için muhteşem meşhur olan bir yer bence. Ama sonbaharda da renklerin değişimini görebildiğiniz için ve 17 farklı ülkeden gelen gönüllüleriyle onların projeleri ülkeleri hakkında birçok şey öğrendiğimiz için de şanslı sayıyorum kendimizi. Otel olarak süper 5 yıldızlı bir yerde kalmasak ve yemeklere bayılmasak da benim için pek önemli bir sorun teşkil etmiyor. Sonuçta aç kalmadık ama eğitmenlerin tutumu ve tavırları bence grup dinamiğini yükseltmek için yeterli değildi.
Sanki ben bu işi yıllardır yapıyorum çoluk çocukla yüz göz olamam havası sezdim sadece bir tanesi motiveydi diğerlerinden farklı olarak ama bence o da gereğinden fazla tecrübesizdi bana göre. Yani normalde geçen süper eğitimler gibi değildi. Benim için en süper gün son gündü çünkü yapılan aktive son gün beni motive etti ve mutlu etti; ilgimi çekti diyebilirim. Genel olarak vasattı ama yine de güzeldi tabiî ki… Ve evimi ve gönüllü arkadaşlarımı ne kadar çok özlediğimi anlatamam eve döner dönmez hepsini belki 15’er kez öpmüşümdür J
Ve derken kalede çalışmaya başladım ve o hafta ufak bir bisiklet kazası geçirdim yolda ufaklıklara çarpmamak için. Ve bu haftasonu St. Emilion denilen şaraplarıyla ünlü küçük bir yeri ziyarete gittik hep birlikte güzel hoş bir gezi oldu; bol bol fotoğraf çektik derken dönüş yolunda Fransız gönüllü arkadaşımın kullandığı aracımız karşıdan gelen araçla çarpıştı ve birkaç sn döndükten sonra ultra süper dar olan yolun sol tarafına savrulduk ve yolun kıyısındaki çukura gömüldü araç fakat şans eseri hiç kimseye önemli bir şey olmadı. Ben Anne-Laure’un tam arkasında oturuyordum ve bir an için gerçekten dondum kaldım diyebilirim… Çünkü bu benim ilk trafik kazamdı ve beni etkilemesinin diğer bir sebebi de 2010 Eylül’de ağabeyim çok ciddi bir trafik kazası geçirdi yaklaşık 6 ay’ı aşkın süre hastanede kaldı ilk ay doktorları durumu hakkında hiçbir yorum yapmadı. Ağabeyimin arkadaşları ve hocalarıyla yaptığı bu kazada iki hocası hayatını kaybetti ve ağabeyim hala fizik tedavi görmesi gerektiğinden okuluna devam edemiyor hala ve ailem o tarihten itibaren genel olarak tüm hayatımızı onun durumuna göre tekrar organize etti ve birincil olarak onunla ilgileniyor…
Ağabeyimi kaybetme korkusu gibi yaşadığım bu tecrübenin sebebi trafik kazası iken Emniyet kemerinin önemimin ne denli olduğunu bir kez daha paylaşmak isterim…
Ve bu durumu aileme anlatmamın ne derece zor olduğundan bahsetmek gerek… bla bla
Ve bu olayın olduğu ctesi gününden sadece iki gün sonra kuruluşumuzun toplantısı için Vauniere’e yani Fransanın tamamiyle Doğusuna gitmemiz gerekiyordu.Yaklaşık olarak 10-12 saat arasında süren bir yolculuk ve kendi arabamızla gitmemiz gerekiyordu çünkü bu bu delegasyon Alplerde 1400 metre yükseklikteydi.
Derken Kuruluştakileri aradık Polis geldi Çekici geldi; ambulans geldi ilk sorusu emniyet kemerinin takılı olup olmadığı hepimizden hastaneye gitmek isteyip istemediğimizi sordu ve gitmek istemediğimize dair kâğıt imzalattı. Bir süre orada bekledik Michel’in gelmesiyle birlikte eve döndük. Tamamiyle sakin geçen bir Pazar gününde yolculuk için hazırlık yaptık ve pazartesi sabah erkenden yola çıktık.
Yol bitmek bilmedi desem yeri vardır ve itiraf etmeliyim bir ara kaybolduğumuzu düşündüm J

En son Montendre’a vardığımdan bahsetmiştik. Geldiğim gün Cumaydı ve home meeting yaptık ve ardından hafta sonu tatili başladı ve kuruluşumdaki gönüllülerle asıl ilgilenen kişi izin kullandı ve ben de diğer 6 gönüllü arkadaşımı evimi ve bu yıla ait beni ilgilendirecek her şeyi keşfetmeye çalıştım.
İnsanın gelir gelmesi her şeye adapte olması kolay olmuyor yani aslında kısa süre sonra alıştığınızı istiyorsunuz ama bu biraz da diğer insanlarla ilgili… Yani onların size ne kadar alıştığı vb gibi J
Derken ilk Asıl Kuruluşumun Adı: Solidaritess Jeunesses Ben Montendre adında çok büyük olmayan ve sizlerin tam olarak nerede olmamı tahayyül edebilmesi açsından Fransanın batısında Bordeaux dediğimiz Şarapları ve Futbol takımıyla şehre 40 dk mesafede olduğumu sevinçle bildiririm J
Delegasyonumun adı La Maison Des Bateleurs çatı katında ofisleri ve misafir odası bulunan bir kuruluş. Kuruluşta sürekli çalışan Audrey ve Benoit adında iki süper insan ve sürekli olarak ofiste çalışmayan ama sürekli bizlerle birlikte olan mentorümüz Yvan ile birlikte Joelle ve Michel adında sıkça ziyaretimize gelen konseyin üyeleri de var. Evimizin ikinci katında ikisi uzun dönem gönüllüler için olmak üzere 4 yatak odası bulunmakta.
Zaman zaman çeşitli workcamplar düzenlediğimiz ya da insanları ağırladığımız için diğer iki odada ranza şeklinde toplam 16 kişi kalabilecek şekilde düzenlenmiş. Zemin katta ise çok amaçlı olarak kullandığımız bir adet müzik odamız; kocaman bir mutfağımız ve oturma odamız var genellikle hep orada olduğumuz. J
İçine bazı sebzeleri ekebildiğimiz kocaman bir bahçemiz var; içinde küçük bir göl olan… Ekmek ve pizza yapmak için taş fırın ve ufak bir bambu ormanımız da var bu bahçenin içinde. Bunun dışında büyük bir atölyemiz var içinde nerdeyse birçok şeyi tamir etmeyi mümkün kılacak bir sürü alet edevat var ve bizden önceki gönüllülerin dekore ettiği BAR-Telur! Var zaman zaman parti yaptığımız J
Atölyede bizden önceki gönüllülerden kalmış kullanılmış ama hala kullanılabilir giysi, ayakkabı ve eşya bulmamız mümkün… Yani bence bir gönüllünün gelebileceği en şanslı yer…
İlk haftalarda Bahçeyi temizledik tekrar ekilip dikilebilir hale getirmeye çalıştık… Derken ben çevreyi bölgeyi insanları öğrendim gibi bir dönem geçti. Mentörümüzle birlikte hep birlikte Royan denilen kıyı şeridine geziye gittik; denize girdik; piknik yaptık; küçük bir gezintiye çıktık kaleyi ziyaret ettik ve rugby oynadık yani kısacası gerçekten çok güzel vakit geçirdim. Sonraki hafta mentörümüz bize bir akşam geleneksel Fransız yemekleri pişirdi pino denilen özel bir şarap türü denedik ve tabiî ki Bordeaux şarabı… J
Derken Audrey geldi ve bir toplantı ve takip eden hafta başlarında liderleriyle birlikte teenager bir grup geldi Paris’ten. Onlarla birlikte bir workcamp düzenledik onlar için ve bu haftanın cuma günü olan doğum günümde bu muhteşem minik misafirlerimiz benim için süper bir doğum günü düzenlediler; sürprizler yaptılar bana ve evi dekore ettiler; salonu restorana dönüştürdüler; yani kısacası süperdi J
Sonraki gün hep birlikte avrupanın 2. büyük hayvanat bahçesini ziyaret ettik J
Pizza yapmayı öğrendik birlikte… Benim için gerçekten iyi bir hafta geçti onlarla birlikte ve eminimki gençlerle çok iyi vakit geçirip onların da beni sevmesini sağlayabiliyorum… J
Sonraki hafta biraz buruk geçti çünkü ev pek bir sessiz geldi bana derken Montendre’da büyük fuar dedikleri yeni bir faaliyet olacağını öğrendik ve bu etkinlik için dörder saat çalışacağımızı da tabi J ve akabinde kuruluşumuzun yapacağı toplantıya delegasyon olarak ev sahibeliği yapacağımızı tabiî ki de J
Bu büyük fuar etkinliğinde ilk kez Montendre’ın yerel halkından insanlarla çalıştık sohbet etmeye çalıştık İngilizce Fransızca karışık ve farklı bir tecrübe oldu benim açımdan J
Derken o gece gelmeye başlayan toplantı katılımcıları için haftasonunu organize ettik kimler bu grup için ne zaman mutfak takımı olacak kim nelerden sorumlu falan… Çünkü toplam 35 kişiydik J Ama korkmayın bu ev 35’ten çok daha fazla kişiyi de ağırlayabilir sadece biraz tabi zor oluyor ama korkunç değil çünkü farklı insanlarla tanıştığınız için çok mutlu oluyorsunuz onlardan bir şeyler öğreniyorsunuz ya da Fransızca konuşmaya çalışıyorsunuz vb gibi gibi J
