The aim of the project is to develop “Social - Entreprenorial competences” for EVS and EUROPANET Association volunteers through non –formal activities for a self-integration into the labor market. Methods used in this project are: “ Learning by doing”,” and “Drama in Education”.

Objectives:
1. Using non-formal activities among EVS volunteers and local volunteers as self development tools for developing the Social Entrepreneurship competences for self-integration into the Labour Market.
2. Using EVS volunteers creativity to grow a new generation of European Active Volunteers (languages abilities in communication, dialog, European values, solidarity, social inclusion, and social entrepreneurship).

Tasks
Tasks of volunteer: Activity nr 1: After School class “Italian through fun” ( can be also in English) Tasks: -develop a curriculum for the chosen group of working in after school (through Italian or english language); -develop a "social entrepreneurship" plan for having this project done ( marketing, promotion, finding social meaning, finding people interested in developing the working group class in after school); -establishing non-formal activity plan for each session of work in after-school class (non-formal materials, non-formal approach); -common evaluation with the project coordinator of the after school session; Activity nr.2: “Im EVS” Tasks: -plan, organize, and implement a common event into the community for spreading the knowledge of what an EVS volunteer is; -collaborate with stakeholders into the community, with people responsible of Youth Policies, with EUROPANET volunteers; - this common even it will be organize 1 in 2 months; Activity nr 3: “Up, Up, Up and Up we go” Tasks: -plan on future projects; -find international partners; -plan new projects for developing EVS values inside of our community.
